PIU travel is an informational travel-planning service: a catalog of tours and destinations, a step-by-step route planner, a country guide, and an AI assistant for choosing trips.

We are not a travel agency, an air carrier, or a hotel, and we do not sell travel services directly. All information is provided for reference only.

2. Bookings and third-party services

Bookings of accommodation and other services are made on the websites of our partners (for example, Booking.com). By following a link, you enter into a contract directly with the relevant service provider, not with PIU travel.

We may receive an affiliate commission for referrals and bookings. This does not affect the price you pay. Prices, availability, and conditions are set by the provider and may change.

3. AI assistant

The AI assistant generates recommendations automatically and may be mistaken, incomplete, or out of date. Its advice is indicative only and does not replace professional consultation.

Before making decisions (visas, flights, insurance, safety), always verify the information with official sources.

4. Account

To save your trips across devices, you can sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure.

Without signing in, your trips are stored locally in your browser and may be lost if you clear your browser data.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the website unlawfully, attempt to disrupt its operation, gain unauthorized access, or collect data through automated means without our permission.

We may restrict or terminate access if these terms are violated.

6. Intellectual property

The design, texts, logos, and other materials on the website belong to PIU travel or are used on lawful grounds. Copying or using them without permission is prohibited.

7. Disclaimer of liability

The website is provided "as is", without warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of the information for a particular purpose.

To the extent permitted by law, PIU travel is not liable for any damages related to the use of the website, travel decisions, or the actions of third-party providers.
